Staging Services
Photo Ready Staging
Every photography package includes our complimentary Photo-Ready Staging, which ensures your property looks polished and inviting before the shoot begins. We handle the small details, such as adjusting blinds and curtains, removing hot tub covers, turning on lights, and straightening lamp shades. It’s important to remember that staging is very different from cleaning. We always recommend letting your cleaners know that you’re having photos taken and scheduling a deep clean beforehand. Clean spaces photograph dramatically better and always pay off in your listing photos. We even have a cleaning checklist available for your cleaners to follow.
Basic Staging
Our Basic Staging package adds simple, inviting touches that make your property feel warm and welcoming. We’ll create a classic table setting at your main dining table using your own dishes, style your coffee bar to capture that cozy “morning coffee” feeling, and stage large games such as a pool table or air hockey table to look ready for play.
This package is a great choice for property owners who want to enhance their photos with a natural, lived-in feel without major changes.
Deluxe Staging
Our Deluxe Staging package includes a dedicated stager on site for roughly one hour to oversee every detail and incorporate your preferences. We use a mix of your items and our props to create inviting, realistic scenes—always keeping décor minimal and natural so guests know exactly what to expect.
This package includes a coffee setup, wine/cocktail scene, and table setting, along with the use and/or placement of cloth napkins, placemats, and small centerpieces (at our discretion) for a refined but authentic touch. Alcohol-free options, such as lemonade, water, or tea, are also available. We’ll add small touches like rolled towels by the hot tub, a cozy blanket and book by the fire, or yard games ready for play.

Custom Staging
For a fully polished, guest-ready presentation, our Custom Staging package transforms your space into a beautiful, welcoming showcase. This package includes two hours of on-site staging and cleanup after the shoot, along with fresh touches like flowers, pastries, or s’mores kits. We thoughtfully style dining tables, game areas, and cozy vignettes to help guests imagine themselves relaxing and enjoying your property.
We can create charcuterie boards, breakfast-in-bed scenes, or bring fresh floral arrangements. Every setup is designed to highlight your property’s best features while maintaining a natural, accurate look. The result is magazine-worthy photos that elevate your listing and attract more bookings.
